Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing EarthNsol. We take pride in the high quality of our natural farming and soil nourishment products. Please read our policy regarding refunds and returns below before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the natural, organic, and agricultural nature of our products (including compost, vermiwash, and charcoal amendments), which are highly sensitive to external environmental storage conditions, handling, and temperature, we do not offer any cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

2. No Cancellations

Please review your cart carefully before checking out. Once an order is submitted, the preparation and dispatch process begins immediately, and we cannot accommodate cancellations or order changes.

3. Exceptions for Transit Damage / Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your package arrives severely damaged or if you receive the wrong product, you may be eligible for a **replacement** under the following conditions:

• Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at earthnsol@gmail.com.
• Required Proof: You must provide clear photographs and/or a short video showing the damaged package, leakage, or the incorrect items received, along with your Order ID.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement of the damaged or incorrect items to you at no additional cost. No monetary refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Eligible Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances:

• Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or partially used.
• Any product mixed with other soils, fertilizers, or water.
• Worms or live cultures (which cannot survive return shipping).
